The economic accomplishments and the success of enterprises and networks are next to further factors also reliant on motivation and qualification of the population. However, the range of professional training programmes is exceedingly versatile and differentiated in Germany. Additionally, the demands of basic and advanced qualification increase because of aspects like globalisation, demographic changes or technological as well as scientific innovations.
Most of all, recruitment or demand-oriented and relevant further education are essential for businesses and networks in technological branches to develop and manufacture more productions and processes of innovation.
